Roland

North west of Caemlyn, Roland and his band of smugglers have set up operations inside a cave hidden in a hill. Do not do busisness with men, they deal in stolen goods and can not be trusted. Criminals will often use this area to hide in while trying to avoid being hunted by the Queen's Guard.

Ragnor

A group of bandits, led my Ragnor, has placed themselves south west of White Bridge. Use great caution while going through this area, Ragnor is known to have other criminals of Andor come to his aid when he's in need.

Shadow Knight

It is rumored that a knight who hides in the shadows roams the area somewhere north of Caemlyn. However, little is known, since he can supposedly disappear in the shadows.
